The Stepping Stones Series are in a forty-five minute format: thirty minutes of technique and fifteen minutes of silence. They are designed for people on-the-go, with busy lives, who would like to make meditation more a part of their every day life. Each download comes with a booklet describing the techniques.

CIRCLE OF LOVE
Using breath and soft movement to open the heart and create a space for love to flow. Can be done alone or with a partner.
YIN YANG DANCE
Based on the Far East understanding of the Universe that the Whole consists of opposites. Human consciousness also consists of opposites and between these polarities lies a lot of energy. This can be used in meditation to create a contrast, making inner silence more tangible and accessible. In the first two dance stages, total expression can be given our light and dark qualities using movement and dance.
